Ordering was easy - I ordered an extra m2 but it was exactly right, delivery was on time, it just would have been nice to pick a time for delivery rather than having to wait until 10:30am on the day for a delivery slot."

Excellent product, great quality (each roll was at least 4cm thick, with a plastic webbing that significantly assisted handling, lifting and placement) , very easy to lay. So good in fact, we placed an order for the same, just half the quantity. The second order was 2 star. Poorer quality, 2 cm thick, multiple rolls had tears. Customer Services help was to offer assistance if it didn't grow. Overwhelmed with Order 1, Underwhelmed with Order 2. 3 Star rating is averaged..........................but I would use again."

Sadly it was let down by the delivery company, no fault of BuyTurf.co.uk. The local pallet company, David Hathaway, were a shambles. Selected delivery between 8am and 1pm, at 2pm phoned to see where the delivery was, was told it would be with me by 3pm. Eventually arrived at 4:15pm, the driver described his office as being in a 'big mess'. BuyTurf, please don't use this company, they really detract from the service you provide!"

Delivery was very late in the day (5:45) and despite being assured that the driver would call when he was on his way (it was at a rental house so I wasn't there) this didn't happen.
