If I had to criticise anything it would be that the rest of my grass now looks terrible! Oh, and the e-mail 8 days later suggesting it probably needs cutting made us laugh, it was like getting nagged by e-mail!!! Having said that, the timing was spot on and told you exactly what to check for before cutting, so we'll call it very useful nagging.
